Question 1

What is Dizel, and who actually provides the equipment I rent?

Accepted Answer

Dizel is an equipment rental marketplace — it connects you with independent rental companies rather than owning the equipment itself. Each listing shows a "Provided by" partner; that company supplies, maintains, and fulfills the specific piece of equipment you book.

Question 2

Can I rent by the day, week, or month?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every listing shows daily, weekly, and monthly rates side by side, so you can pick whichever period fits your job and compare the per-day cost across each.

Question 3

Where do I pick up my rental?

Accepted Answer

Dizel auto-selects the pickup location nearest the jobsite address you enter. If a rental company has more than one location, you can see and choose from all of them before booking.

Question 4

What's the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Unless a listing states otherwise, cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours before your booking date at no charge. Some listings set their own cancellation window, shown directly on the product page.

Question 5

How is the "Trust Rank" score calculated?

Accepted Answer

Trust Rank reflects four factors: the equipment's condition and maintenance history, the rental company's platform reliability and reviews, its transaction history and ratings, and how quickly it responds to booking requests.

What do you need to rent?
